𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀

This week we welcomed a French family of seven, traveling together with their beloved Alix, a young woman who lives with both autism and muscular weakness.

What touched us most was the family’s mindset, 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 “𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲.” With love, patience, and teamwork, they make sure Alix experiences every journey as fully as everyone else.

In Ayutthaya, Thailand, they explored by tuk-tuk and long-tail boat, transport that might seem challenging for a wheelchair user. Yet with the family’s care and understanding, Alix joined every activity without feeling different or excluded.

𝙐𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙬𝙤 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙨:

• The family themselves, who never isolate Alix but embrace her in every plan.
• The agency and local operators, who respected this approach and trusted the family’s ability to care for her.

This story reminds us that tourism is not only about places, but about dignity, joy, and shared experiences. Every traveler, regardless of age or ability, deserves the chance to discover new horizons.
